Conference Models and Packages Standard Rate

Each of the following packages contains access to all sessions, lunch, coffee (and snacks) and the evening events according to the conference agenda. VAT is included.

Packages with a guest are only intended for an accompanying person (wife, husband, partner) who will not participate in the plenary sessions.

Enrollment information

All members are entitled to attend the conference.

Guests are contacted during a mailing campaign, and IBM employees will also be entitled to attend.
Upon submission of the binding registration, the participant declares acceptance of the conditions of attendance and general terms and conditions of the hotel.

Attendance at the conference is only possible if the conference office has received the online registration and the conference fee before the event begins.

Please enroll online by 16 January 2026.
Your registration will be confirmed by email.

Substitution / Cancellation

Substitutions must be submitted in written form (email), clearly stating the name of the delegate and the substitute. Cancellations must be sent in written form to the German GSE Office ppfalzgraf@paulactivation.com .

After 30 January 2026 the full conference fee will be charged. This deadline also applies in the event of cancellation of a sponsorship or exhibitor package.

such as accommodation or meals for participants. Paul events GmbH only acts as an intermediary.

Payment

An electronic invoice will be sent once your enrolment is processed. You will find payment information in the invoice. The fees are charged in Euro (EUR), VAT is included.

There is also the possibility to pay by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX) via PayPal or by PayPal directly. The fees for payments with PayPal are 2,99% of the gross amount + 0,39 € fixed fee. Additional fees apply for payments outside of the EEA.
